Dear Beloved Donors and supporters of PKAM, As with every year, we ware continuing our usual programmes as listed below : 1-Food Aid programmes-around 60 families are supported 2-Blood donation campaigns-We have planned for one on the 27th Of May at SJKT Sentosa. Another campaign will be held in November. 3-Food Donation-We have been giving food donation to the security guards at HTAR on the 2nd saturday of each month. This is done by new teenage volunteers who prepare the foods themselves and pack it and send it to the guards themselves. They also plan to do some street feeding too in the future. We have embarked on a new journey this year. We have come up with a plan to improve the lives of some of our Food Aid families. Especially the children whom are schooling or whom have dropped off from school. This project is called Project Haven. The project proposal is attached here. This project needs some large funding. as such we plan to organize a Vegetarian Food Carnival on the 2nd Of September. The date has been selected while the venue is still being deliberated.We hope to raise around RM50000 at this carnival. More information will be released in the next few weeks.
